On a personal note: I love to travel with my favorites being a tie between Bangkok, Curacao and Edinburgh. I have a mischievous and cuddly Australian Shepard/Black Lab mix named Lucy, who may be seen helping out in session at the client's request and a feisty and rambunctious Australian Cattledog named Pepper, who feels her duty in life is to be the best Heeler and guard dog possible (although she still may be a champion hug giver as well!) I unabashedly admit to being a book sniffer! New books are my favorite smell, right above vanilla and "Petrichor" (the smell of rain after a dry spell). I love to read and am always looking to challenge my mind and improve my skills!

Check out my Pinterest page for a whole lot of helping sheets for anxiety, anger, and learning coping skills! Do you want to learn how to deep breathe? I gotcha with several sheets of how to do different types of breathing. Want to learn how to reduce a panic attack? Well, guess what, friend, I’ve got sheets on that. And if there is a mental health issue that you need a sheet to help with you! Just message me and we will get that done!

All appointments go through the receptionist at 828-286-2967. Just give her a call and she can help you out! I typically don’t see clients during major holidays, but often times I do actually come into the office depending on the holiday. I always call to check to make sure that the day is open for an appointment. I also offer telehealth sessions as well as texting at times for emergencies.
